1. Resort and room availability can become limited.

If you have your heart set on a specific resort or room category, you’ll want to lock it in quickly, as some room categories sell out faster than others. The closer you get to travel dates, resort options and room availability will become limited.

2. Universal Orlando Vacation Package Prices will go up

Universal Orlando vacation package components will have price changes a few times each year.  When we book your 2026 Universal Orlando vacation package, we lock in pricing before these changes happen, so the earlier you book, the better value you will get.

• Booking your 2026 trip Early is risk free – we can modify or cancel if needed without penalty.
• Your Universal Orlando vacation package will have a  $50/per person deposit,  fully refundable up until 46 days prior to your travel date.
• If a promotion comes out later, we will automatically apply the promotion for you, so you will never have to worry about if you are getting the best value for your Universal vacation. 

3. Don’t wait for last-minute discounts

It is important to understand how Universal Orlando promotions work, so you do not miss out on getting a good value. Promotions for Universal vacations exist to fill unsold room and resort combinations. Sometimes these promotions come with requirements such as as a specific ticket, or are limited to specific room categories.

Our experience is booking last minute can actually be HIGHER apples to apples (even with a “promotion”) than booking at package release due to normal ticket and room price increases. Remember, we will monitor for promotions, and apply if it saves you money when coupled with current pricing.
