It is important to understand how Disney promotions work, so you do not miss out on getting a good value. Promotions Disney vacations exist to fill unsold room and resort combinations. Sometimes these promotions come with requirements such as Park Hopping tickets, or are limited to upgraded rooms.

What to expect after submitting your 2027 Walt Disney World vacation request:

Step 1 – 2027 DISNEY WORLD TRIP REQUEST SUBMISSION

Your request will be routed to the Mom Approved Travel Advisor you have requested, or if you are not already working with one of our incredible Advisors and selected “surprise me” we will match you with one of our Walt Disney World travel specialists.

Step 2 – QUICK FREE TRAVEL CONSULTATION

Your Mom Approved Travel Advisor will set up a free consultation to go over your form, get to know your family and the needs of your 2027 Disney vacation.

Your MAT Advisor will work with you to determine the best travel days, resort choices, duration, and options for your 2027 Disney vacation.

Step 3 – GATHER BASIC TRAVELER INFORMATION

Your Advisor will collect basic information such as first and last names of your travel party and ages of everyone going with you. This information will allow us to place a 3 day courtesy hold on your reservation on the day 2027 Disney Vacation packages release. (no credit card or obligation is required)

Step 4 – CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

After you receive your vacation hold confirmation, your Advisor will send you a secure credit card authorization form for your $200 deposit (per room). If no changes are needed, your Mom Approved Advisor will secure your Disney trip reservation with the $200 deposit and begin working with you on the next steps. (Don’t worry we will be with you each step of the way, guiding you as we go.)

If changes are needed, don’t worry! Your Mom Approved Travel Advisor will work with you to adjust your 2027 Disney Vacation package to best fit your family.

FAQ: What if Disney releases a discount and I already booked?
If a discounted offer becomes available in the future for your travel dates and resort, we will take care of adjusting your reservation to take advantage of the savings. So not only do you start with the lowest possible price, IF that price were to drop, we will have Disney adjust your reservation accordingly. You don’t have to do a thing, but sit back and know we have the best value for you and your family.

FAQ: Do I have to pay for my entire 2027 Disney World vacation upfront?
No! Thankfully, all it takes is a $200 deposit per reservation to lock in your pricing.
The remaining balance isn’t due until 30 days before you are scheduled to arrive. Your deposit is even completely refundable if you cancel before your final payment is due.
